Before we ask what you can do, we ask why you want to lead in the first place.
The authority you hold belongs to the people under it. Decide after you’ve listened, especially to whoever disagrees with you.
At some point the discussion ends and you have to choose. Then you carry the choice.

Every year there are men who apply, get through the interview, and then cannot cover the seat. This is how you cover it for them.
24 will be in that room. Some of them because of you.
Twenty-four men, twenty-five to forty. Six seats are carried by patrons so that selection stays blind to means. Every application is read, and every applicant is spoken to before a seat is offered.
Pay once your seat is locked.
Men aged twenty-five to forty who have already built something: a company, a practice, a team. If you are looking for your first job, this is not yet for you.
You leave with a project you have already pitched to the trainers, and with twenty-three men who know exactly what you said you would do. Cohort 01 in Lahore still meets. That is the mechanism, and it is not a mailing list.
Yes. The standard fee is PKR 125,000. PKR 85,000 is an early bird rate held for a limited time, and it covers the residential stay, all meals and hospitality, and the toolkit and materials. There is no further cost.
Because accountability does not scale. Twenty-four is the largest number where every man in the room can be known by name, and challenged by name.
It is a leadership programme built on the prophetic model. You will study character, consultation and foresight as practical disciplines, taught by scholars and operators together.
